Honours Project
A solo submission for my BA Honours in Game Design and Production at Abertay University. This project's aim was to create a proof of concept for a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy educational tool, in the form of a roleplaying video game.

This project recieved recognition from The Courier as well as Uk's largest independent mobile developer Outplay Entertainment. Going on to win Outplay Entertainment's Award for Exellence in Design.

Reduce, Reuse, Revenge
A Game Jobs Live Game Jam submission for 2021. A small team of 3 worked remotely on a project for the theme "One time use". This project had one artist, an audio designer and I worked as the Unity Developer / Designer / Programmer.

Growing Apart
A Global Game Jam submission for 2021. A team of 3 including myself worked remotely on this over a weekend. This was my first remote jam and was a great test of our source control etiquette as well as a refreshing practice in game design and programming for myself.

Disciplined!
A Project in collaboration with ST. Andrews University. Disciplined was a game which aimed to promote the sciences to a younger audience through fun and entertainment rather than the traditional education games. I was the Team Lead and Producer for this project. Also worked heavily in design and helped out all around the team as showcased in the development protfolio.

Galaxy Rig
My contribution to this project came as the lead designer as well as 2D artist. Creating all of the custom assets and leading in the design process of the project. The main lesson from this project were working with a team of only programmers. This meant that I had a lot of mediation and team management, alongside design and asset creation.

Shovel Knight Model & Rig
A project where I learnt the basics of Low to High poly modelling as well as rigging and animation. This project was carried out on an internship where I spent 10 weeks working remotely with industry professsionals.

3D Maya Diorama
A project that I completed in 2018, where I worked to improve my Maya and 3D modelling skills. Although Modelling isn't a focus of mine, this project was important in developing skills for white boxing, as well as some elements of environmental story telling.

Blender Sculpt
As a project for my own personal development. I decided to dive into Blender for the first time and attempt to create a semi original character. The Sculpting is very basic, but as a designer the knowledge of workflows, timescales and overall process was something I really felt was worth learning.
